A two-storey holiday house on Lake Grabovica at the foot of Prenj and Čvrsnica, looking down the 1,300-metre-deep Neretva canyon. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room opening onto a terrace that’s perfect for a barbecue party, a separate kitchen with a dining room and a second bathroom. Around the house there are terraces, lawns, an orchard and an outdoor water tap.

Kitchen and dining room: separate — electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, instantaneous water heater, all utensils
Outdoor area: terraces, lawns, orchard, outdoor water tap, garage with a portable barbecue — all ten metres from the lake
